Inter Milan have already identified a replacement for Tottenham Hotspur linked Milan Skriniar, Calcio Mercato report.

Tottenham are now pushing hard to sign Skriniar, as they look to complete a deal for the Slovakian centre-back.

And it seems that there is a belief in Italy that a deal could be possible.
Indeed, Inter have started planning for life without Skriniar, as they aim to bring in Nikola Milenkovic if he does depart.

That could be a good sign for Tottenham as they press to sign the 25-year-old, although CalcioMercato’s latest update does come with a word of warning.

They say that any deal is not likely to take place imminently, as Tottenham still have a lot of work to do to agree a fee with the Serie A side.

Inter are holding out for big money for the central defender, who looks set to become Tottenham’s most expensive signing of the summer if he does join.

Skriniar would be in competition with the likes of Eric Dier and Toby Alderweireld if he was to move to Tottenham.
