Valencia have now accepted that Liverpool target Ferran Torres is likely to leave in a cut price deal, according to the Telegraph.
Goal claimed back in April that Liverpool wanted Torres, and it seems that if they did make a move for him now, then they could stand a chance of obtaining him.
Torres has refused to sign a new contract with Valencia, and the Spanish club now believe he will leave.
When Liverpool were first linked with Torres it was suggested that he could cost £88 million (Goal), but Valencia apparently realise that they may not be able to raise that sort of money now.
With Torres refusing to sign a new deal, Valencia are not in a position of power in the negotiations, as the attacker’s contract is due to expire next season.

The problem for Liverpool is that Manchester City also have a strong interest in the 20-year-old, with the Telegraph suggesting that Pep Guardiola’s side could move for him to replace Leroy Sane, who has left for Bayern Munich.
Torres has impressed in Spain this season, where he has scored six goals and claimed eight assists in all competitions.
