Daler Kuzyayev is being lined up as Morgan Sanson’s replacement, after his agent allegedly held talks with Arsenal, according to Le 10 Sport.
Marseille are looking to raise funds from player sales this summer, and Sanson has been offered to Arsenal, as per reports in L’Equipe.
Sanson is represented by Pini Zahavi, and the agent has reportedly held a meeting with the Gunners to try and organise a transfer.
As yet Arsenal have not made a bid, but Marseille still seem to be planning on Sanson leaving this summer.
The Ligue 1 club want Russian midfielder Kuzyayev, who they think could be a cheaper alternative to Sanson.
Kuzyayev currently plays for Zenit, and is said to be keen to link up with his former boss Andre Villas-Boas again at Marseille.

If he does arrive Marseille’s need to sell Sanson could increase, and that could play into Arsenal’s hands.
The Gunners only are working on a limited budget, so they may want to negotiate Sanson’s price-down if they are to make a move.
If Arsenal are to buy Sanson it is claimed by L’Equipe that he could cost £30 million.
