According to Tuttosport, Inter Milan could now sell three players wanted by Tottenham, in order to afford Arsenal target Paulo Dybala.

What’s the story?

Well, the Italian news outlet believe Inter Milan are ready to offload Lautaro Martinez, Alessandro Bastoni and Milan Skriniar.

With the money raised, the Serie A champions are hoping to sign Dybala on a free – albeit on a huge salary – as well as Gianluca Scamacca and Luka Jovic.

It was 90min who revealed that Arsenal want to sign Dybala – who has 13 goals this season – while Marca believe they’re also interested in Jovic.

Elsewhere, the Telegraph claimed Tottenham want Bastoni, while Il Bianconero revealed Antonio Conte wants Martinez in north London.

Furthermore, Calciomercato stated that Spurs also want Skriniar.

Therefore, Inter Milan’s transfer business seems to be firmly intwined with Arsenal and Tottenham’s plans for the summer, which is sure to create a few interesting sagas.

In our view, Tottenham are better placed to sign their Italian-based targets than Arsenal are this summer.

Spurs have Fabio Paratici as their Director of Football, a man who previously worked in the same role at Juventus, where he built strong connections.

They also have Conte, arguably one of the best Italian coaches of all time, and also someone who can be decisive in luring targets to Tottenham.

In Arsenal’s case, they do not have such a strong presence in Italy, as Edu is more familiar with the Brazilian market.

Only time will tell where Dybala, Martinez, Skriniar, Bastoni, Scamacca and Jovic end up, so keep an eye on this situation.
