The deal to sign Georges-Kevin N’Koudou has become a transfer saga for Tottenham.
Tottenham’s Clinton Njie sat in the stands
Tottenham Hotspur have been looking to tie down a deal to sign Georges-Kevin N’Koudou for over a month now.
The move has been one of the biggest transfer sagas of this summer, with delays over a change in transfer fees and the current management upheaval at the French club.

N’Koudou is thoroughly keen on the move. Indeed, it has been regularly reported that the French youth international has been living in London for the past month – rather than training with Marseille.
A deal now seems to be close, with Tottenham misfit Clinton N’Jie set to head in the other direction.
But now that has also been cast into doubt.
Georges-Kevin Nkoudou at Marseille
It is reported by L’Equipe, as relayed by Sport.fr, that N’Jie is having serious doubts about, and may no longer be interested in, heading to Marseille.
They claim the Cameroonian international is concerned by Marseille’s poor form and the off-field upheaval at the Stade Velodrome.

If N’Jie was to suddenly decide he isn’t going, then the deal might not be salvageable at this stage.
Spurs will therefore be hoping that N’Jie’s reservations are not ironclad.
