Sergio Ramos has been linked with Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, but it seems that the Real Madrid star is not looking at proposals from England at the moment.

According to ABC, Ramos has not received any offers from Liverpool or Paris Saint-Germain, and his brother and agent Rene Ramos is not looking for a club abroad.

The report has added that Madrid have not placed the Spain international central defender on the transfer market.

The 34-year-old central defender is out of contract at the defending Spanish champions at the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool’s reported interest

90min reported in November 2020 that Liverpool and Tottenham are interested in signing Ramos.

The report claimed that Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham all have reached out to the Spaniard’s representatives.

Unlikely January exit

Described as “world class” by Arsenal attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil on Twitter, Ramos is a very important player for Madrid, and it is hard to see the Spanish and European giants accept any offer for him in the January transfer window.

Given that the 34-year-old has been at Madrid since 2005, it is very likely that he will put to paper on a new deal.
