Could Nottingham Forest lose Daniel Pinillos in the summer transfer window?

Nottingham Forest want to hand Daniel Pinillos a new contract, according to The Sun.
It has been reported that talks between the club and Pinillos have already started.
According to the report, Forest want to tie down the 24-year-old left-back in order to prevent him from leaving on a free at the end of the season.
The Spaniard’s current contract with the Championship club runs out in the summer of 2017, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Pinillos has been on the books of Forest since the summer of 2015, but his playing time at the City Ground has been restricted due to injury problems.
The former Cordoba defender is a very good left-back, and it would make sense for Forest to keep hold of him for the 2017-18 campaign.
Handing the 24-year-old a new contract would also mean that the Reds would get a decent transfer fee should clubs come for him in the summer transfer window.
Forest are 19th in the Championship table at the moment with 40 points from 37 matches, just two points above the relegation zone.
