West Ham United are considering Rudi Garcia as a replacement for Slaven Bilic, according to The Express.
It has been reported that Garcia is one of the names on the West Ham shortlist to replace Bilic.
According to the report, former Manchester City and Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini is also being considered by the Hammers board.
Garcia is without a managerial job at the moment, having been sacked by Italian club AS Roma in January 2016.
The 52-year-old has a good reputation, having been successful at French outfit Lille and also doing quite well at Roma.
West Ham were aiming to finish in the top six in the Premier League this season, but things are going horribly wrong for them at the moment.
The London outfit are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with just four points from seven matches.
Bilic is under pressure to deliver results, but it is hard to see West Ham sacking him anytime soon.
The former Besiktas manager did a very good job at the Hammers last season and almost guided the team to a top-four finish in the Premier League.
The West Ham board should retain faith in Bilic and allow him time to sort things out.
