According to The Telegraph, West Ham United co-chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan want to see how the team perform in their final two games of the Premier League season before handing manager David Moyes a new contract.

It has been reported that Gold and Sullivan want to see a positive approach from Moyes in their Premier League games against Manchester United and Everton at the London Stadium before deciding whether or not to keep him in the managerial job beyond the summer.

It has also been reported that the West Ham co-chairmen will judge the fans’ reaction to Moyes in the final two league fixtures as well.

Praising David Moyes

Moyes has to be praised for the job he has done at West Ham and for leading the Hammers to Premier League safety.

That was why the former Everton manager was appointed in the role at the Hammers following the departure of Slaven Bilic, and it must be said that he did job perfectly.

While it is true that the Hammers’ football under Moyes has not been great, but the main thing is that he has kept the London club in the Premier League.
