Watford reportedly want Lazar Markovic of Liverpool in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Watford manager Marco Silva wants to wrap up a six-month loan deal for the Liverpool winger.
The 23-year-old is struggling for playing time at the Reds at the moment, with manager Jurgen Klopp clearly not having any plans for him.
The Serbia international winger has been on the books of Liverpool since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Benfica for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £20 million and when Brendan Rodgers was in charge of the Reds.
Markovic is a good winger, and playing for Watford would be good for him in terms of making an impact for Serbia at the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia in the summer of 2018.
The former Benfica star would be a good addition to the current Hornets team, who are not yet out of danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
