Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Manchester City are interested in signing Reece Oxford from West Ham United in the summer transfer window, according to The Mirror.
It has been reported by the British newspaper that Tottenham, United and City all had the youngster watched on Friday.
The 17-year-old, who can play as central defender or as a defensive midfielder, was in action for the England Under-19 side against their Netherlands counterparts on Friday.
The highly-rated West Ham youngster started the game and helped the England Under-19 side win 2-1.
The victory saw the Young Lions secure their spot in the semi-finals of the Under-19 European Championship and next year’s U20 World Cup.
However, Tottenham, United and City are set to face disappointment if they are planning to make a move for Oxford in the summer transfer window.
That’s because, as reported by The Mirror, West Ham will hold talks over a new deal with the English teenage footballer once he returns from England Under-19 duty.
Oxford featured in seven Premier League games for West Ham last season and could play more matches for the London outfit during the 2016-17 campaign.
