Manchester United reportedly want to sign Eric Dier from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
According to a recent report in The Guardian, United have had a bid for the England international turned down, but the Red Devils are planning to make another offer.

Dier is one of the best players in the Premier League and is versatile enough to operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder.
The former Sporting Lisbon man is a superb footballer, and it would make sense for Spurs to keep hold of him.
The North London outfit finished second in the Premier League last season and will be aiming to win the league title during the 2017-18 campaign.
Dier may not be guaranteed a place in the Tottenham starting lineup, but when fit and in form, the England international is an asset for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
