Liverpool have been linked with Tony Gallacher of Falkirk in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Gallacher will spend this week training with Liverpool with a view to putting pen to paper on a contract with the Premier League club.
It has also been reported that if everything goes according to plan, then the 18-year-old left-back will sign a six-figure fee with the Reds.
According to The Scottish Sun, the Falkirk youngster has previously been scouted by Manchester United.
The report has also claimed that Gallacher would team up with Liverpools’ development squad.
Gallacher is a very talented and promising young full-back who made his first-team team for Falkirk when he was just 16 years of age.
The Scottish youngster is one of the best and most promising young left-backs in the Scottish Championship, and the 18-year-old would be a very good long-term signing for Liverpool.
