The striker has struggled to make much of an impact during his time with Leeds.
Leeds United’s Souleymane Doukara
A report in the Yorkshire Evening Post has suggested that Souleymane Doukara looks set to leave Leeds United at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old is out of contract with the Championship club next summer, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports, and it appears that the Whites have made little attempt to try and renew the striker’s deal.
Doukara has fallen down the pecking order under Garry Monk
And with the former Catania man seemingly well down the pecking order under Garry Monk, it seems that he will have little chance to prove that he is deserving of a new contract, unless there is a considerable injury crisis in the coming months which gives him an opportunity to put together a sensational run of form.
But Leeds supporters will know that the kind of run he would need to force his way back into the fold is highly unlikely given how his Elland Road career has panned out so far.

The France-born forward has scored just eight times in 50 Championship appearances. And while there were also performances, like the victory over Wolves last season, where he did not score but changed the game, those displays have certainly been too few and far between.
And because of his inability to make a regular impact, it seems unlikely that many of the fans will be too disappointed if the Yorkshire Evening Post‘s report proves to be correct and the striker does end up moving on in the summer.
