It has been reported by the British tabloid that City are only willing to sell the England international goalkeeper before the end of the summer transfer window.
According to the report, the Premier League giants want £30 million in order to part company with the 29-year-old.

Hart has lost his place in the City starting lineup to Willy Caballero. According to The Daily Mail, the Citizens have reached an agreement with Spanish giants Barcelona over the transfer of Claudio Bravo.
Hart kept 15 clean sheets in 35 Premier League appearances for City last season. During the 2014-15 campaign, the England international goalkeeper kept 14 clean sheets in 36 league matches for the Citizens.
City have won both of their competitive matches under new manager Pep Guardiola so far this season.
