Everton are reportedly interested in signing Diego Rolan from Bordeaux in the summer transfer window.

Everton have to pay as much as £18 million in order to sign Diego Rolan from Bordeaux in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Everton have made a bid of £15m for the striker.

However, according to the report, French club Bordeaux want £18m in order to part company with the 23-year-old Uruguay international this summer.
“Club officials will now meet again to discuss the fee for Rolan with Everton expected to stump up the rest of the cash,” adds the report in The Sun.

Rolan scored seven goals and created 30 chances in 31 Ligue 1 appearances for Bordeaux during the 2015-16 season.
The Uruguay international striker had a pass accuracy of 83% and a shot accuracy of 49%, and won 24 headers, 48 dribbles and 27 tackles.
During the 2014-15 campaign, the former Defensor Sporting striker scored 15 goals and created 32 chances in 36 Ligue 1 games for Bordeaux.
Rolan had a pass accuracy of 81% and a shot accuracy of 48%, and won 23 headers, 28 dribbles and 29 tackles.
Bordeaux finished 11th in Ligue 1 last season, while Everton ended up 11th in the Premier League during the 2015-16 campaign.
