City were cleared of any wrongdoing, and the creative winger could now be in line for a first senior appearance for City this evening.
Meanwhile, midfielder Gomes was a major addition to City’s youth ranks over the summer, as he decided to leave Paris Saint-Germain for the Etihad Stadium.
The 18-year-old is a supremely talented midfielder who has already appeared for City’s first team as a substitute in the Community Shield, and with the duo training with Guardiola’s first team yesterday, it seems there is a strong chance that they could feature tonight.
