The Wigan Athletic striker is said to be an Everton supporter.

Everton are among a group of leading clubs given encouragement they could prise Callum Lang from Wigan Athletic, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Lang, an Everton fan, impressed with 10 goals in 30 games while on loan to Morecambe last season.
However, talks over a new deal at Wigan are said to have broken down, putting the Toffees and a host of Premier League clubs on ‘red alert’.

Lang, who was born in the Croxteth area of Liverpool, was previously on the books of Everton’s rivals from across Stanley Park, as well as Bolton Wanderers.

Should the rumoured development lead to a move to Goodison Park, the 19-year-old striker would be the latest in a long line of lower league talents snapped up by the Blues.
Chris Renshaw (Oldham Athletic) and Matty Foulds (Bury) are among those to have previously arrived from local clubs.
Would Wigan’s Lang be a good addition for Everton?
