Premier League clubs are keen on the Everton defender.
Everton’s John Stones
According to the Telegraph, Everton feel it would be detrimental to the club and John Stones to deny him an exit this summer.
Chelsea were keen on the defender last summer but saw a series of big money bids rejected by the Blues.
There is interest in his services again this summer, with Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho keen to bring him to Manchester City and Manchester United respectively, according to the Daily Star.

There is also interest in him from abroad, with the Daily Mail reporting that La Liga champions Barcelona are also keen admirers of the England international.
So far none of those three clubs have made a bid for him, while reports have indicated that Everton would fight hard to keep him at Goodison Park anyway.

However, that stance appears to have changed if the latest report from the Telegraph is to be believed.
According to them, there is a feeling at Goodison Park that denying Stones a transfer for a second straight summer would be detrimental to both the club and the player.
That news will come as big plus to the Manchester sides, with the same report claiming that talks have already taken place with Manchester City.
