According to The Sun, Norwich City ace Emiliano Buendia is still likely to leave the club this summer even if the Canaries win promotion.
The Argentinian was one of the Premier League’s most creative players in the 2019-20 season, racking up 83 key passes; only Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jack Grealish and Kevin De Bruyne recorded more.
Norwich have managed to keep hold of Buendia in two successive windows since relegation, but their luck may run out this summer.
The Canaries sit top of the Championship table and look to be heading back to the Premier League, but this report suggests that Buendia could still leave.
The 24-year-old has racked up nine goals and nine assists this season, and if any club is going to make a move for him, it may well be Arsenal.
The Gunners wanted Buendia in January, but couldn’t afford the £40million price tag according to The Mirror, meaning a move had to be delayed.

Mundo Deportivo added that Buendia’s agent would be travelling to London for talks with Arsenal over a summer move, though there has been little update on those claims.
If this new report is true and Buendia is potentially on the move, Arsenal will surely be interested again – especially with Martin Odegaard’s loan move ending this summer.
