Tottenham Hotspur will face Apoel Nicosia in the Champions League this week.

It has been reported that Alli will be left out of the Champions League Group H game between Tottenham and Apoel at the Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday evening.
Spurs have already progressed to the last-16 stage of Europe’s premier club competition as group winners and the match against Apoel is a dead rubber.

Alli is not playing well for Tottenham at the moment and is struggling to get his form back.
However, for the former Milton Keynes Dons youngster to return to his old form, he needs to play games, as only doing that will enable him to get his confidence back.

Spurs should win against Apoel with ease, and Alli would have a good game, which would propel him to greater heights.
Tottenham are out of the Premier League title and could struggle to finish in the top four this season.
