According to the Daily Mail, Celtic will only consider selling striker Moussa Dembele if they fail to reach the Champions League group stage.
The Bhoys swooped to land Dembele when his Fulham contract expired this summer, and the compensation paid by Celtic has proven to be an absolute bargain.

French attacker Dembele smashed 32 goals in 49 games this past season, starring as the spearhead of Celtic’s historic treble-winning side under Brendan Rodgers.
However, much like former Celtic stars Fraser Forster, Virgil van Dijk and Victor Wanyama, Dembele is now attracting interest from clubs on the continent, with Celtic having to fend off suitors.

The Daily Mail note that AC Milan are hoping to take Dembele to Italy this summer, but Celtic are unwilling to sell for less than £30million, and want him to be at the forefront of the club’s Champions League qualification campaign.
In fact, it’s claimed that Celtic will only sell Dembele if they fail to qualify for the Champions League, as they prepare to stand firm until their European fate is known.

That would mean that Dembele would be tied to Celtic until late August, which would give him little time to engineer a move away from Celtic Park before the transfer deadline.
A truly astronomical bid for Dembele could tempt Celtic into a deal, but the Bhoys appear to be adamant that the striker is staying in order to fire the club into the Champions League again.
