According to The Scottish Herald, Celtic are interested in taking Tottenham Hotspur talent Ryan Sessegnon to Parkhead.
It’s claimed that the Bhoys are in the race to land Sessegnon on loan, challenging a host of Premier League sides for his signature.
The 20-year-old cost Tottenham £25million in the summer of 2019, but he has yet to really get his Spurs career kickstarted.
A loan move now looks likely for Sessegnon, especially after Tottenham snapped up Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid earlier this month.
Sessegnon needs playing time in order to fulfil his potential, and a move to Celtic could be very interesting if Neil Lennon sticks with his wing back system.
The former Fulham man appears to be caught between being a left back and being a left-sided winger, but he would be able to play as a left-wing back at Celtic.

That would mean he can learn as a defender whilst still being able to fly forward and attack, which is exactly what Celtic want in competition for Greg Taylor.
With Premier League clubs keen too, Celtic may not be able to win the race for Sessegnon, but he certainly makes sense as an ambitious target late in the window.
