Celtic will reportedly not sign David Turnbull from Motherwell in the summer transfer window.

The Daily Record have also claimed this evening that the Hoops have decided to walk away from the deal to land the 19-year-old midfielder.
Last week, Celtic released a statement on their official Twitter page stating that although they have reached an agreement with Motherwell over the transfer of Turnbull – for a fee reported by The Scottish Sun to be worth £3 million – they have been unable to agree on wages with the midfielder’s agent.
A new report published in The Scottish Sun this evening has stated that Celtic chiefs have decided to pull the plug, and The Daily Record has also made the same claim.

Moving on
Turnbull is a very good and talented young midfielder, but it seems that Celtic are maintaining their strong stance.
The Hoops are a massive club, and they will not have any problem in finding another talented and promising young midfielder in the summer transfer window.
