Brendan Rodgers has not played Nir Bitton or Eoghan O’Connell regularly in Celtic’s first-team.
According to a report in the Daily Express, Nir Bitton and Eoghan O’Connell could both leave Celtic in the January transfer window.
Bitton is wanted by Spanish side Espanyol, while Hibernian are interested in taking O’Connell on loan.
Bitton has found it difficult to hold down a place in Celtic’s team so far this season, with Brendan Rodgers favouring other options.

The Israeli international looks to have slipped down the pecking order, and the arrival of Kouassi Eboue plunges his future into further doubt.
Celtic are believed to be willing to sell Bitton, but at the moment no club have priced their asking price.
Espanyol and Fulham are said to be willing to pay around £2 million, but Celtic want more than that to sell a player with undoubted talent.

O’Connell, meanwhile, could be set to depart Parkhead – with Neil Lennon keen to add him to his squad at Hibs.
Lennon has already gone back to Celtic to snap up Kris Commons, and he could make a move to sign O’Connell in the coming weeks.
