It has been reported that Scottish Premiership giants Celtic have sent Odey an official letter of invitation for medical evaluation.
According to the report, the Bhoys will offer the 19-year-old MFM FC forward a contract only if he impresses the coaching staff during trials.
Swedish club AIK Stockholm and Danish outfit FC Copenhagen are also interested in Odey, according to Allnigeriasoccer.com.
Odey is one of the best players in the Nigeria Professional Football League and has scored 14 goals in the league for MFM so far this season, according to according to Allnigeriasoccer.com.
Celtic have already won the Scottish Premiership title and the Scottish League Cup, and have progressed to the final of the Scottish Cup. Brendan Rodgers’s side are also unbeaten in all domestic competitions this season.
The Bhoys featured in the group stage of the Champions League this season and should be able to do the same in 2017-18.
