Arsenal duo Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are set to be fit to face Slavia Prague, according to the Daily Mail.

Saka was taken off with an injury in Sunday’s 3-0 win over Sheffield United, leaving fans sweating over his situation.

He has now been assessed by club medics, and Arsenal now believe he has avoided a serious injury and merely has a dead leg.

That means he is expected back this week, but is unlikely to face Slavia Prague on Thursday, instead being primed to return against Fulham this weekend.

So what about Martinelli?

The Brazilian attacker was substituted with seven minutes to play against Sheffield United, having scored the key second goal for the Gunners.

Martinelli didn’t seem entirely comfortable with an ankle issue, but has declared that he is fit to play on Thursday.

Arsenal need to win on Thursday night; they drew 1-1 with Slavia in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final clash, and having Martinelli fit is a huge boost.

Saka missing out would hurt, as he has been the heartbeat of this Arsenal side this season, but the Gunners can’t take any risks on the teenager’s fitness.
