According to The Times, there has been a roof leak at Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium.

It has been reported that the roof of the South Stand of the ‘new’ White Har Lane has experienced a leak, with pools of water within the single-tier stand.

The report, though, has claimed that problem is a minor one and could be repaired quickly.

February move still on

According to The Times, Tottenham want to move into their ‘new’ White Hart Lane stadium in February and want to play their Champions League knockout games this season there.

Given that the roof issue is reportedly a minor one, one suspects that Spurs’ plan to move into their new home in February is still on.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will take on German club Borussia Dortmund in the last-16 of the Champions League this season.

Title challenge

Meanwhile, Tottenham are going strong in the Premier League and are very much in the race for the title.

While Manchester City and Liverpool are the firm favourites for the title, Spurs are doing their job quietly and with efficiency.
