The Telegraph has reported that Antonio Conte will be expected to look at left-back Ryan Sessegnon and midfielder Oliver Skipp.
Although Conte will be given funds to sign new players, the Italian tactician will still reportedly be expected to take a close look at Sessegnon and Skipp.
The former Chelsea boss is reportedly set to be appointed as the new Tottenham boss.
Both Sessegnon and Skipp are very good and talented young players.
Of course, there is a need for Tottenham to sign established players who can make an immediate impact on the team.
But, with no Champions League or Europa League football, Spurs will have to utilise young players, as they will not be able to attract top-quality stars.
Sessegnon, who can also operate as a left-winger, had a good spell on loan at Hoffenheim this past season.

The 21-year-old made 17 starts and six substitute appearances in the Bundesliga.
The youngster scored two goals and gave three assists in those matches.
Sessegnon also made three starts and two substitute appearances in the Europa League.
Skipp played an instrumental role in Norwich winning automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The 20-year-old English midfielder made 44 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for the Canaries.
The England Under-21 international scored one goal and gave one assist in those games.
