Manchester City are still annoyed with Liverpool for signing James Balagizi from them, the Guardian report.
Balagizi joined Liverpool six years ago as a promising 11-year-old, after he decided to leave City’s academy.
Liverpool’s forward thinking is now being rewarded, as Balagizi looks to be one of the best prospects in their academy system.
The forward has just been named as one of the top 20 youngsters in the Premier League by the Guardian.
And City are said to be frustrated that he is not still part of their set-up, with Liverpool’s move for him adding between the ‘animosity’ between the two clubs.

Balagizi could yet develop into a first-team star at Liverpool, which would surely only increase the frustrations of City even further.
The teenager has shown great form all the way up to under-21 level with the Reds, and if he keeps developing at his current rate, a senior debut cannot be too far away.
