Manchester City are looking to spend again in the transfer market.

According to The Telegraph, Manchester City are reluctant to pay the £102.5million needed to prise Joao Felix away from Benfica this summer.
City have the Premier League title in their hands after beating Leicester City 1-0 on Monday night, with a win at Brighton and Hove Albion needed on the final day to secure top spot.
Pep Guardiola continues to shine as City boss, but they are still missing a Champions League crown, meaning more spending is likely this summer.
The Telegraph now report that a double deal is close, with Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodri and Sporting playmaker Bruno Fernandes seemingly heading to the Etihad Stadium for a combined £107million.
Rodri is seen as the heir to Fernandinho and will cost £60million thanks to a release clause in his contract, whilst Fernandes will be arriving for a fee in the region of £47million.
Both players will bolster Guardiola’s midfield, but one player unlikely to arrive is Benfica wonderkid Joao Felix, with City unwilling to meet the £102.5million release clause in his deal.

Felix, 19, has racked up 18 goals and 11 assists this season on his way to becoming one of the top teenage talents in the world, and his technical ability as well as his versatility across the front line could have been ideal for Guardiola.
Unless City have a change of heart though, the Portuguese youngster won’t be following Rodri and Fernandes to Manchester this summer.
