Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly brought in Chris Powell as a scout.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur have brought in former Charlton Athletic boss Chris Powell to join their scouting team.
Spurs have seen a number of changes to their scouting and recruitment setup in recent times, given that Paul Mitchell resigned from his post as recruitment chief in 2016.
Steve Hitchen was brought in as his replacement, whilst Spurs also handed scouting roles to former managers Kenny Jackett and Keith Millen, though Jackett did leave to become Portsmouth boss.
Now, Spurs are at it again, as the Daily Mail report that Spurs have handed a scouting role to ex-Charlton boss Chris Powell ahead of the January transfer window.

Powell, 48, had spells in charge of Charlton and Huddersfield Town before joining Derby County’s coaching staff, leaving earlier this year after Steve McClaren’s exit.
A well-respected coach who turned out for Crystal Palace, Charlton and West Ham, Powell – who also notched five caps for England – heads back to London to help Spurs find transfer targets.
One player who fits the bill is defender Ezri Konsa, who is currently starring in League One for Powell’s former club, Charlton.
Konsa, 19, has real potential as a centre back or defensive midfielder, with The Mirror recently claiming that Tottenham are pursuing the teenager’s signature anyway.
With links to Charlton, Powell may well be willing to recommend a move for the young defender, and his links to the Addicks may just aid a move.
