Crystal Palace have been credited with an interest in the ‘unsettled’ Chelsea striker.

Chelsea will sell their Crystal Palace linked striker Olivier Giroud in January if their transfer ban is lifted, according to The Sun.
The newspaper claims that Chelsea’s legal team believe that the Court of Arbitration for Sport will suspend or even quash the second of their two transfer window embargos.
That would allow the Blues to strengthen their forward line, with Callum Wilson and Timo Werner listed as targets by The Sun, and selling Giroud could help to facilitate a new arrival.
It was claimed by the same publication earlier this week that Crystal Palace are weighing up a move for Giroud, who earns £100,000-a-week and could be available for around £3 million as he nears the end of his contract.
Chelsea paid Arsenal £18 million for the 33-year-old Frenchman in January 2018, but he has made just five appearances under the new Blues boss Frank Lampard.

The Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson is said to be in the market for a reliable goalscorer and has also been credited with an interest in Alfredo Morelos of Rangers.
