Leeds and Newcastle were among the clubs reportedly keen on signing Chelsea ace Christian Pulisic in the summer window – and now CalcioMercato claim the Blues would be willing to accept an offer in the region of £31.5m for him.

Pulisic, who turned 24 earlier this month, has featured in all eight of Chelsea’s fixtures so far this season. However, the United States skipper has only started one of those matches. With the World Cup looming, he was keen on a loan exit.

However, Pulisic has since remained at Chelsea. Indeed, reports claim that Pulisic was left disappointed not to leave the club on loan. Leeds and Newcastle wanted the Chelsea star on loan in the summer, but a move did not materialise.

Now, a new report might explain why. Indeed, Chelsea are open to a permanent sale and perhaps just wanted cash for their American star. Indeed, Juventus are also keen and the report says Chelsea want as much as £31.5m for Pulisic.

Chelsea willing to accept £31.5million for Pulisic; Leeds or Newcastle?

Or even, Juventus? Well, a move to Leeds would see him team up with two of his United States teammates in Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson. The trio are expected to start for the USMNT when they take on England in Qatar.

A move to Newcastle would see him paid well at a club that are expected to push for the top eight in the Premier League. Juventus would see him gain Champions League football, but it is fair to say Juve are in decline this season.

Weston McKennie currently resides with the Serie A giants though, and are of course a huge club. However, it might be a bit of a sideways move for Pulisic – given Juve’s attacking talents. Leeds or Newcastle, loan-to-buy, would suit him.
