Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen to sign Everton midfielder Ross Barkley.
The 23-year-old Everton homegrown midfielder has refused to sign a contract extension at the club, and Ronald Koeman is willing to let him go.

Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with a move for the England international, and are prepared to lodge a formal offer of £20million with the possibility of a further £8m in add-ons.
However, Spurs could face a strong challenge from Chelsea, with the Telegraph reporting that the Blues are ready to hijack their move with a bid of their own.
Antonio Conte is looking to bolster his midfield ranks, and sees Barkley as the man to do the job.
The report doesn’t mention how much Chelsea are willing to offer for Barkley, but it states that they could pay him up to £100,00-a-week in wages.
Everton initially slapped a £50 million price tag on Barkley, but with less than 12 months remaining on his current contract, they hope to do a business for £30 million.
