Everton are believed to be on the lookout for a new centre-back during the summer transfer window.

According to the Guardian, Chelsea are planning to make Kurt Zouma available for loan during the summer transfer window.
Zouma has struggled to break into Chelsea’s first-team this season, and Antonio Conte is wanting the powerful centre-back to get game time next season.
The Frenchman is still very highly regarded at Chelsea, and his potential availability is sure to alert Premier League clubs.
Zouma has previously proven his ability to play at the top level, and although injury has stalled his progress in recent times, he looks to have the talent to become a star in the coming years.
As a result, there is sure to be a scramble for his signature, and Everton should make sure that they are at the head of the queue.
Everton are set to invest in their squad in the summer, and a new centre-back will be high on their agenda.
With Zouma, they would be signing proven quality and yet the defender still looks to have his best years ahead of him.
Everton have also already seen how using the loan market smartly can benefit them.
The Toffees brought in Romelu Lukaku on a temporary move, before purchasing him outright, and a similar deal could be struck here, should the transfer be a success.
And although Everton fans may be hoping for some big money transfers, it may be that a season-long loan is the best addition they could make this summer.
