And the report says that Everton youngster Tom Davies is one of those that has caught Conte’s eye after an impressive first full season in the Toffees first team.
Davies came through the academy at Goodison Park and actually made his debut at the end of the 2015/16 under previous manager Roberto Martinez, but it wasn’t until Ronald Koeman took charge last term that the 19-year-old really made his mark.
The midfielder played 25 senior games in all competitions in 2016/17 and scored goals in victories over Manchester City and Leicester City in the Premier League.
How much Davies would cost in a currently inflated transfer market is unknown, although the Mirror is reporting that Chelsea have a further £150m to spend this summer.
