Newcastle United duo Matz Sels and Chancel Mbemba look like joining Anderlecht.

According to Belgian outlet Voetbalkrant, Newcastle United will sell Matz Sels and Chancel Mbemba to Anderlecht this summer.
Sels, a £6.5 million addition in 2016 [The Chronicle], spent last season on loan with the Belgian club and now looks set for a permanent return.
Mbemba, meanwhile, cost Newcastle £8 million in 2015 [The Mirror] when the Magpies signed him from Anderlecht and, according to Voetbalkrant, a double transfer for both is ‘virtually’ complete.
The report adds that Mbemba will sign a four-year contract with Hein Vanhaezebrouck’s side after struggling for regular football under Benitez during the second half of last season.

At this stage, it seems like the only thing left to finalise is the financial terms, but Benitez would do very well to recoup Newcastle’s combined £14.5 million outlay on both players.
Neither have proven themselves top signings in the North East – especially Sels, who only managed nine league games – but if the Spanish manager considers them deadwood then at least he makes space for two better additions this summer.
