Brighton & Hove Albion are one of several Championship and League One clubs chasing West Ham United striker Elliot Lee, according to Teamtalk.
Lee, who is the son of former England international Rob, is leaving the Hammers when his contract expires at the end of this month.
The 21-year-old has found his chances limited at Upton Park, making seven appearances in four years, and spent much of last season on loan to Colchester United.

Teamtalk reports that Lee will not be short of suitors upon his release, but the Durham-born front man is said to be targeting first-team football.
Brighton, who were defeated by Sheffield Wednesday in last month’s play-off semi-finals, may be able to offer that, having released former Hammer Bobby Zamora and seen James Wilson return to Manchester United.

And Seagulls boss Chris Hughton is said to be an admirer of Lee, whose only goal for West Ham came during last summer’s Europa League qualification campaign.
The Hammers academy graduate also found the net in two spells at Colchester United and one at Luton Town, but failed to register in four appearances for Blackpool.
