Chelsea are reportedly planning to use Fikayo Tomori in their first-team squad next season.

According to The Sun, Chelsea are expected to use Celtic-linked defender Fikayo Tomori in their first-team squad next season rather than let him leave.
The Blues have about two squads worth of players out on loan, as has been the case for many years now having stockpiled young players.
Those players have found it hard to break through to the first team, but the club’s transfer ban this summer means that some of them may get a chance to shine.
One of those is defender Tomori, and The Sun claim that he is expected to be in the first team setup next season having impressed on loan at Derby County.
The 21-year-old has helped Derby reach the playoff final, and whether or not the Rams win promotion, it seems Tomori will be playing Premier League football regardless next season.

That may just hit Celtic’s plans, as the Sunday Mirror (19/05, p66) reported that Celtic are hoping to take Tomori as a replacement for Dedrcyk Boyata.
With Filip Benkovic set to return to Leicester, Boyata gone to Hertha Berlin and Jozo Simunovic linked away, Celtic need a boost at the back – and the latest news with Tomori is a real hit.
