Celtic are reportedly looking to bring Rekeem Harper to Parkhead.

According to the Express & Star, West Bromwich Albion midfielder Rekeem Harper would cost Celtic just £235,000 if he makes the move to Parkhead.
Harper, 19, has come up through the West Brom ranks, and after spending part of last season on loan with Blackburn Rovers, he’s been in the Baggies first team this season.
The midfielder has hit one goal and one assist in 23 first-team appearances this season, showing potential – which has sparked interest in his signature.
The Express & Star note that Harper has been given a VIP tour of Celtic’s Parkhead stadium, with the Bhoys looking to snap up the teenager this summer.
Harper is out of contract at The Hawthorns this summer, and whilst Celtic would be forced to pay compensation, it’s allegedly valued at just £235,000.

If Harper joins an English club, the compensation would be exponentially more, but because Celtic are outside of England, it’s a small fee involved.
That’s a bargain for Celtic even if Harper’s form dipped towards the end of the season, and West Brom may be left resigning themselves to seeing the youngster move on for a pittance this summer.
