Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard is reportedly wanted by five clubs.

According to The Daily Record, Celtic are not going to sell Odsonne Edouard in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Lazio, AS Roma, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund and Lyon are interested in securing the services of Edouard from Celtic in January.

The report has claimed that although the Hoops are expecting “firm interest” in the French striker in the middle of the season, the Scottish Premiership giants have told the 21-year-old’s advisors that they will not consider selling him until the end of the season.

Edouard is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in Neil Lennon’s Celtic team.

The 21-year-old has established himself as the first-choice striker for the Hoops, who simply cannot afford to sell him in the January transfer window.

True, Edouard could fetch Celtic a lot in transfer fees, but it is going to be extremely hard for the Bhoys to find a suitable replacement for the Frenchman in the middle of the season.
