Celtic are reportedly keen on the young Porto defender.

According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic could sign Porto defender Fernando Fonseca this month.
The Hoops have been linked with a number of right-backs in the winter transfer window, with Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers ‘desperate’ to sign a long-term replacement for Mikael Lustig.
And The Scottish Sun claim that Rodgers is weighing up a £2 million bid for the 21-year-old, whose contract with the Portuguese giants expires in 2020.
The report adds that Fonseca – who hasn’t played for Porto’s senior side this season, only the B team – was close to joining Juventus in a £2 million move last summer, but the transfer fell through.
Bad news for Anthony Ralston?
Rodgers played the 20-year-old ahead of Lustig, and the Lennoxtown graduate looked to have played well.
But if the Northern Irish manager signs Fonseca – or indeed any other right-back – then it would suggest that he doesn’t quite trust Ralston completely at the moment.
