According to iSport in the Czech Republic, Celtic are watching Sparta Prague winger David Moberg Karlsson ahead of a potential deal.
It’s claimed that Moberg Karlsson is attracting major interest, just a year since it looked like his Sparta career looked to be over.
Swedish clubs allegedly want Moberg Karlsson, but it’s suggested that Celtic are ‘watching closely’ as they weigh up a move.
Sporting director Tomas Rosicky would allegedly not stand in the way of any Sparta player if a big offer comes in, with Moberg Karlsson potentially on the move.
The former Sunderland man cost Sparta just over £1million from Norrkoping in 2018, and they now expect a healthy profit on that price.
Moberg Karlsson, 26, has bagged two goals and three assists in 16 games this season, playing predominantly as a right-sided winger.

The Swede has great pace and a fine left foot, meaning he could provide Celtic with something different on the right flank with James Forrest out.
Moberg Karlsson bagged assists in both of Sparta’s 4-1 Europa League wins over Celtic, which may well have sparked the interest as he embarrassed Shane Duffy at Parkhead by turning him inside out before helping make it 3-1.
He was all over Celtic’s defenders all night, tormenting Duffy and co on the way to a European destruction – and Celtic may now hope to get him signed up rather than have to face him again in the future.
