Hammond could be on his way to Celtic after leaving West Bromwich Albion last year.

Celtic want to bring in the former West Bromwich Albion technical director, Nicky Hammond, as their new director of football, according to The Sun.
Celtic are seeking Lee Congerton’s successor after the long-term Brendan Rodgers ally followed the ex-Bhoys boss to Leicester City.
And Hammond is expected to arrive in place of the former Celtic scout John Park, who the newspaper claims is joining Sunderland once the Mackems’ takeover is complete.
Hammond, who also worked for Reading, has been out of a job since April 2018 when he was sacked by West Brom.

While at The Hawthorns, the ex-Arsenal youth team goalkeeper was involved in eight-figure deals for Nacer Chadli, Jay Rodriguez and Oliver Burke, the West Brom winger who spent the second half of last season on loan at Celtic Park.
The Celtic goalkeeper, Scott Bain, last week urged his employers to re-sign Burke over Instagram.
