Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard reportedly wants Milad Mohammadi at Ibrox, with Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers also claimed to be interested.

The Scottish Sun claimed earlier this week that Rangers are looking at Akhmat Grozny’s versatile star Mohammadi as a potential target in the summer transfer window.
The report also claimed that the Glasgow giants would have to pay at least £2 million in transfer fees in order to sign the 24-year-old, who can operate as a winger, wing-back, right-back or left-back.
The Scottish Sun has now reported that Celtic are considering a possible move for the Iran international, who played for his country at the World Cup in Russia this summer, and that the Hoops will rival bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers for the former Rah Ahan Tehran left-back.
Tough for Rangers
Celtic are financially stronger than Rangers at the moment, and the Bhoys would find it easier to cough up the £2m reportedly needed for Mohammadi.

If the Hoops are serious about the 24-year-old, then Rangers could find it hard to sign him, although one could ask whether the Gers need another left-back as they already have Jon Flanagan, Declan John and Lee Wallace.
