According to the Daily Mail, Celtic will reject an approach from West Ham United for star striker Moussa Dembele.
The Hammers need a striker having seen their summer signings struggle, and they had two bids rejected for strikers on Wednesday.
Slaven Bilic’s men failed with a £6million bid for Sunderland attacker Jermain Defoe (BBC Sport), whilst Sky Sports reported that a £10million offer to sign Brentford striker Scott Hogan fell on deaf ears, with the Championship club looking for a fee of £15million.

After a frustrating summer of knockbacks in their pursuit of a new striker, West Ham are in danger of seeing their January transfer window head in a similar direction, with another approach set to fail.
The Daily Mail report that West Ham want to sign Celtic striker Moussa Dembele, but the Bhoys are set to swiftly reject that move as they bid to keep their French goalscorer at Celtic Park.

Dembele, 20, joined Celtic from Fulham over the summer after his contract at Craven Cottage expired, and having hit 17 goals in all competitions last season, he arrived in Glasgow with high expectations.
With 19 goals in 36 games for Celtic, Dembele has become a star in Scotland, and English clubs appear to be keen, with Glasgow Live recently reporting that Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are all interested in taking the striker back to England.
West Ham are the latest team to try their luck, but they will get a quick answer to their approach, with Celtic ready to tell the Hammers that Dembele isn’t for sale.
Strong, quick and deadly in front of goal, Dembele has been an incredible signing for Celtic, and whilst West Ham would no doubt love to have him leading their line for years to come, they will have to turn their attentions elsewhere in their pursuit of a new striker.
