Celtic are reportedly interested in Manchester City’s Olivier Ntcham in the summer transfer window.

Celtic are interested in signing Olivier Ntcham from Manchester City in the summer transfer window, according to The Scottish Sun.

It has been reported that the Scottish Premiership giants are planning to make a £4 million offer in order to sign the 21-year-old midfielder from Premier League club City.

According to the report, the France Under-21 international caught the eye of Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers’s during his loan spell in Italy.

Ntcham has spent the last two seasons on loan at Serie A outfit Genoa, and his performances have reportedly impressed Rodgers.

The Scottish Sun has also claimed that Italian duo Torino and Lazio have been tracking the talented and promising young French youngster, who is quite versatile as well.

“Ntcham can play anywhere in midfield and also as a wide player, but Rodgers is likely to use him as a No10,” adds the report in The Scottish Sun.

Celtic have made two signings in the summer transfer window so far. The Glasgow giants recruited 29-year-old Republic of Ireland international winger Jonny Hayes from Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen.

The Hoops have also secured the services of Kundai Benyu following the 19-year-old midfielder’s departure from Ipswich Town at the end of last season.
