Celtic are said to be keeping tabs on the progress of Thierry Ambrose of Manchester City.

Ambrose scored 10 goals in the Eredivisie last term, while on a loan spell with NAC Breda.
Celtic are now said to have an interest in the forward, and they have been scouting him for some time.

At the moment Ambrose appears closest to joining Nice, who have the strongest interest in the 21-year-old.
But Celtic are not out of the running, and could yet step up their interest this summer.
Celtic have a good relationship with Manchester City, having taken Roberts on loan over the past two seasons and developed him.

Brendan Rodgers’ side have already strengthened their strike-force this summer though, with Odsonne Edouard arriving on a permanent deal from PSG.
And whether Rodgers would want to bring in another striker remains to be seen.
