According to the Daily Mail (23/07, back page and p91), Celtic have dismissed the chances of signing Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Marcin Bulka.
The Bhoys seemingly won’t be bringing loanee Fraser Forster back to the club, meaning Neil Lennon has to find another goalkeeper.
However, Celtic have allegedly ruled out signing Bulka from PSG, and will look elsewhere for a new stopper.
Neil Lennon does allegedly want a big, physical goalkeeper to replace the giant Forster, and Bulka fits that bill at 6ft 6in tall.
Lennon wants an experienced stopper though, and Bulka can’t provide that at this stage in his career and his development.
The Pole is just 20 and after failing to break through at Chelsea, he has now made just one league appearance for PSG.

Bulka may be a promising player, but his lack of experience means Celtic aren’t considering him as a suitable replacement for Forster.
Lennon is instead looking at Joe Hart, David Marshall and Robin Olsen, all of whom are over 30, as well as AEK Athens stopper Vasilis Barkas.
He has more than 100 appearances for AEK and 10 caps for Greece, so he is experienced for 26, which all makes sense for Celtic if the stance on Bulka is true.
